Please note that we do not supply food direct to individuals or families. If you are in a position where you personally need support, but do not have access to food through another charity, then you should contact your local Social Services department. Even food banks which do supply individuals directly, such as the Community Emergency Foodbank (CEF) in Oxford, require them to be referred by Social Services or another agency beforehand. If you wish to raise a complaint relating to any aspect of the OFB’s operations (including our fundraising activities, website and literature content or actions of our volunteers and employees) please contact us using the general enquiry e-mail address shown in the table above, and include the word ‘complaint’ as the start of the subject text.
