We are a volunteer based organisation, so the majority of money donated to us goes directly into expanding our operations and helping us to distribute more food to more communities and charities. Currently we do not receive any money from the UK Government to support our operations so we are totally reliant on donations and grants from individuals and organisations. Any amount that you can give us, no matter how small, will help us to carry out our aims. Looking to the longer term many people these days also leave a legacy to a charity in their will, and perhaps you might consider supporting the Oxford Food Bank in this way.
Please e-mail us your contact details whenever you arrange a one-off or regular donation (use the ‘donors’ e-mail address on the Contact Us page) so that we can send an acknowledgement and further updates on our operations. These contact details will not be passed on to any third party and will only be used by Oxford Food Bank for the stated purposes.
If you are a UK tax payer please fill in and return to us a Gift Aid declaration form, whichever method you use to pay us, so that we can reclaim tax and boost our funds even further. This can either be posted to us (using the same address as below for sending cheques) or you can e-mail us a scanned copy to the ‘donors’ e-mail address mentioned above.
You can download your Gift Aid form by clicking on one of the following links. There are two forms - the first is only suitable for a single donation, but the second can be used for multiple past, present and future donations.

Standing orders and one-off bank transfers
The majority of regular donors pay us via a standing order, which is easy to set up with your bank, and has the added advantage to us that we pay no fees on the donation (unlike Paypal). For one-off donations a simple bank transfer is preferred.
The following bank details should be used to set up either a standing order or a bank transfer:
- Bank name & branch HSBC Kidlington branch
- Account name The Oxford Food Bank
- Sort Code 40-26-31
- Account number 61445057
As an alternative method of payment for one off donations you can send us a cheque made payable to ‘The Oxford Food Bank’ to the following address:
Oxford Food Bank
Curtis Industrial Estate,
North Hinksey Lane,
Oxford OX2 0LX.

Just Giving donations online and sponsored events:
To make donations via Just Giving online please click on the button below. You can also use this Just Giving page to set up sponsored events such as a sponsored run, swim or abseil to raise money for OFB, and your friends, family and colleagues can pay their sponsorship via that method.
Just Giving donations by texting
Alternatively you can make donations of small amounts (£1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10 only) by texting TOFB99 and the amount to 70070. For example to donate £10 simply text ‘TOFB99 £10′ to 70070. See how much we have raised against our text donation target on this Just Giving campaign web page.
Paypal donations online:
To make donations via Paypal on-line, please do so using the ‘Donate‘ button below. Our Paypal account enables us to accept donations from most debit and credit cards for one-off payments, but you do need to set up a Paypal account to arrange regular monthly payments.
Please note that we pay a fee to Paypal for every transaction so the above off-line methods of payment are preferred.
